Minetech Machinery, the official dealer of Hitachi Construction Machinery for mining equipment in Russia delivered two new Hitachi EX1200-7 excavators at RUSAL Achinsk.
New Hitachi machines with the working equipment with the backhoe shovel will be used during overburden operations. Both excavators EX1200-7 with an operating weight of 117 tons and a capacity of 760 hp are equipped with a bucket with a capacity of 7 cubic meters. Each will be operated at the Kiya-Shaltyrsky nepheline mine in the Krasnoyarsk Region.
The company’s fleet of vehicles already includes two Hitachi mining excavators of such models as EX1200-6 and EX1900-6.
