Minetech Machinery’s service engineers of Novokuznetsk branch made preventive maintenance on the Hitachi excavator EX5600E-6LD. This machine has started it work in 2013 at the «Mezhdurechensky» open pit.
By the time of its maintenance this excavator had an operating time of 75.5 thousand m.h. Hitachi EX5600E-6 LD excavator has an operational weight of 518 tons. It’s bucket volume is 27 m3.
Minetech Machinery’s service engineers evaluated the excavator technical conditions, dismantled bucket and handle rotation hydraulic cylinders, four hydraulic motors, replacement of the central hinge, driving wheels, etc. Also checked the compliance of the repaired excavator with factory standards. The whole repair process took 24 days. Only Hitachi original components were used for the repair.
The excavator disassembled components were sent to the Minetech Machinery’s CRC in Novokuznetsk for their overhaul, and then returned back to the customer’s excavator.
