In September, the annual regional meeting of managers was held, with the heads of regional departments taking part. During the meeting, a comprehensive analysis of the work results for the reporting period was carried out, key performance indicators were reviewed, the dynamics of achieving planned indicators across the regions were examined, as well as the factors that influenced the final results.
Based on the discussion, a set of solutions was developed to implement the set tasks and improve operational efficiency. In particular, priority areas of work for the upcoming period have been identified, measures to optimize processes in individual regions have been approved, and recommendations have been developed for scaling up successful practices that have demonstrated high effectiveness in a number of departments.
